1. Scope of Services
Each published fixed-fee service covers only the activities and deliverables described in the selected service. Additional research, verification, supplier introductions or advisory work requires a separate agreement.
2. Payment
Fixed-fee Buyer Services require full advance payment following EEC's confirmation of the assignment and issuance of payment instructions.
3. Commencement and Delivery
Delivery timelines begin once EEC has accepted the assignment, received payment and obtained all necessary information. If essential information is missing, EEC will request clarification before commencing work.
4. Research and Information
EEC uses available information and relevant research sources. Findings are based on information accessible at the time of assessment. Third-party information may be incomplete or subject to change.
5. Limitations
EEC does not guarantee supplier performance, product quality, regulatory approval, particular commercial outcomes, purchasing orders or export success.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
If EEC cannot accept or deliver the agreed assignment, any amount paid will be refunded. For other cancellation or refund requests, the applicable terms will be confirmed before payment.
7. Confidentiality and Data
Information provided by customers will be used to review enquiries and deliver agreed services. EEC may use appropriate technology and research tools while applying reasonable safeguards to business information.
8. Additional Services
Any work outside the agreed service scope will be quoted separately and undertaken only with customer approval.
